The century-old fig tree and cypress trees, like protective fathers, surround the structure, the swimming pool surrounded by greenery lends endless shades of color, and the old manor house, detached from the main body of the farmhouse, evokes the charm of a bygone era that lives on in every detail.
Adjacent to the masseria is visible an ancient street, now perfect for outdoor running, from which it is possible to reach, passing through olive groves enclosed in the typical dry stone walls of Salento, nearby San Foca and the village of Roca, home to the famous Grotta della Poesia.
La Millenaria is about ten minutes from Lecce and Otranto and 30 from Brindisi airport, while the town of Melendugno is two minutes away and can also be reached on foot or by bicycle.

Perfect stay
Everything was perfect!!! We liked very much the rooms that were very modern, big and comfortable inside this completely renovated very old property. The owners are very nice and friendly and are always there to help if you need anything. Breakfast was very good and had multiple options. The Masseria has a very nice pool and is close to incredible beaches. I definitely recommend it!!!

séjour magnifique dans un lieu pleins de charme
Je conseille fortement cette masseria si vous séjournez dans les pouilles. Le cadre et le lieu sont magnifiques avec une piscine très agréable, proche de la plage de San Foca et de la grotta de la poesia où il possible de profiter d’une eau turquoise à 28 degrés. Merci à Marco et sa collègue pour le merveilleux acceuil, nous y avons diner 2 soirs de suite tellement les plats préparés étaient excellents. Nous espérons avoir de nouveau l’occasion de passer un moment dans cet endroit juste magnifique

– op ongeveer 10 km ten zuidoosten van Lecce, een gerestaureerd deel van een klooster uit 500-600 nCh, dat naast zijn normale functie ook diende om bij aanvallen van de turken over zee de burgers op te nemen en te beschermen. Nu eigendom ven een heel aardig en lief stel rond de 40 waarachter de hele familie eigen gekweekte producten levert voor ontbijt en diner. Prachtige, geweldige ambiance in een schitterend gerestaureerd geheel, de 5 kamers zijn imposant. Zij is een prima kok en komt met voorstellen voor het diner en hij verzorgt de wijnen. Het verblijf was een groot genoegen.
